Overview: Project Management, Contract Management and Technical Advisory services for the new 730 bed major metropolitan hospital.

This project included the Acute Services Building, Community Health Building Facility, muti-storey carpark, refurbishment of the south campus and refurbishment of the existing Douglas Building.

B2E continues to be engaged to deliver the remaining stages of this project.

Project: Kinghorn Cancer Centre

Value: $110 million

Overview: Project Management services on behalf of the client, which comprised a joint venture between the Garvan Institute of Medical Research and St Vincent's & Mater Health Sydney.

This project comprises a cancer research facility which includes PC2 laboratories and subterranean basement levels of parking.

Project: New Royal Adelaide PPP Project

Value: $2.09 billion

Overview: Technical Advisory services engaged by SA Health for development of the public sector comparator, output specifications and performance management for a new 800 bed (700 multi-day beds and 100 same-day beds), 40 technical suite hospital.

Project: CJ Cummins Mental Health Unit Refurbishment (Royal North Shore Hospital)

Value: $300,000

Overview: Project Management of the refurbishment of a 30 bed in-patient mental health facility.

This project included the Acute Services Building, Community Health Building Facility, muti-storey carpark, refurbishment of the south campus and refurbishment of the existing Douglas Building.
